Taiwan is home to one of the world’s most advanced and globally integrated semiconductor ecosystems, with strong capabilities on IC design, advanced manufacturing, packaging, and AI system integration. This delegation will focus on strategic connections between the Nordic and Taiwanese semiconductor ecosystems, with a particular emphasis on upstream design and semiconductor technology innovation. It aims to enable ecosystem‑to‑ecosystem collaboration, bringing together research organisations, startups and scale-ups, investors and funding partners, and established industry players. Participants will gain insights into Taiwan’s semiconductor road-map while exploring concrete opportunities for joint technology partnerships, and long‑term collaboration.

The programme targets:

• Upstream IC design and semiconductor technology actors
• Research organisations, startups/scale-ups, strategic investors, and industry players
• Nordic–Taiwan collaborations with strong commercial and technological complementary
